Can't access spatial.decilehub.com; redirects to VI cohort hub. Need help logging in.

Hi - I have a decile hub for my LP account with an established fund and another for my venture intitute cohort 7 work.  I can't seem to log into my spatial capital decile hub anymore (spatial.decilehub.com) - the hub kicks me back to my VI cohort 7 fund (trestle.decilehub.com).  How can i get into the spatial hub?  Cheers. Hey Chris! Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like your browser session is defaulting to the trestle hub when you try to access spatial.

A few things worth trying:

  1. Try opening spatial.decilehub.com directly in a private/incognito browser window to avoid session conflicts between the two hubs
  2. Try clearing your browser cookies and cache, then logging in fresh at spatial.decilehub.com
  3. If you use different email addresses for each hub, make sure you're logging in with the credentials tied to the Spatial Capital account

If none of those do the trick, our team will need to take a look at your account directly. Can you confirm which email address is associated with your spatial.decilehub.com account? That will help us track down the issue faster. Thanks!

Hi - i tried both suggestions and the problem persists. The email for both accounts is the same:  chris.young.ca@icloud.com.  Cheers. Chris.

Hi Chris, for this you'll need to reach out to the Spatial Capital team and request they invite your user to that account. They can do that under Settings -> Team

HI Woody - thanks but I don't understand.  My spatial account was set up a few years ago and the other was set up just a few weeks ago for the course.  It was working until I created this new fund hub.  C.

Hey Chris, I see now. I misunderstood, sorry I missed the "LP" in your first message regarding spatial capital!

To view your investments in the LP Portal (which we call Decile Pro), you can do that at https://decilepro.com/. There you should see all of your investments. The Hub website is just for the 'manager-side' view of funds.

Let me know if that link to Decile Pro let's you view everything as expected.
